As Artificial Intelligence continues to evolve, it must do so within a framework of pluriversality—an acknowledgment of multiple worlds, ways of being, and knowing the world. This manifesto invites people, scholars, developers, communities, and policymakers to think ofAI++ as socio-technical systems, to re-envision and to contribute to AI++ development in a way that is plural, participatory, and in tune with the rich ontologies of humanity’s cultural and ecological being.
