This study was carried out in Prof. Dr. Abd El- fatah Helmy Belal Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty of Environ. Agric. Sci., Arish University through the period from 2021 to 2023. The current studies were conducted to examine the additional easily and cheap available natural additives on Philodendron selloum growth during tissue culture phases. The obtained results demonstrated that added 6-Benzylaminopurine (BA) at 4.0 mg.l-1 concentration in Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium recorded significantly the maximum values of the main shoot length, shoots number per explant and leaf number per shoot as well per explant compared to the other concentrations of BA or kinetin beside the control. In multiplication stage, utilizing the mixture of 4.0 mg/l BA + 0.3 mg/l NAA gave the highest values of shoots and leaves number per explant. MS fortified with 4.00 mgl-1 BA at with 20 ml l-1 Aloe gel improved significantly growth parameters i.e., main shoot length, adventitious shoots no./explant, leaves no./ shoot and leaves no./explant (10.16, 9.33, 8.00 and 29.67, respectively) compared to licorice powder, oat, coconut milk, lemon juice and sesame powder. Utilizing NAA at 3 mg.l-1 concentration at rooting stage significantly increased root length and roots number per plantlet compared to the other auxins types and concentrations under study. Utilizing a soil mixture of vermiculite and peat moss in a 1:1 volume ratio resulted in a 100% survivability rate of plantlets.
