In this paper, statistical, optimization methods like multiple parameter linear regression and genetic algorithm were used to establish a mathematical model of the demolition time (DT). The performance of the model was evaluated using the statistical indicators. The quality of the model was statistically evaluated, with a significant value of the correlation coefficient of 0.99081376, and low errors. Regarding the optimization of the demolition time by the genetic algorithms method, the results obtained are conclusive with a demolition time of unreinforced concrete of (17 h) which is lower than the demolition time obtained experimentally (36 h).
