Two-dimensional Dirac TiB2C2 as a potential anode material for Li-ion batteries: a first-principles study

Abstract

TiB 2 C 2 monolayer exhibits good ionic and electronic conductivity, and a suitable voltage profile. Small lattices change 1.12% in cell parameters during charge and discharge process. High storage capacity of up to 1075 mA h g −1 was found.
