The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Employee Adaptability to Remote Work

Abstract

This empirical study looks at how XYZ organization, a financial services organization, is using artificial intelligence (AI) in remote work. This study examines the impact of AI tools, such Asana, Microsoft Teams, and Cortana, on employee satisfaction, productivity, and adaptability. According to the data, productivity increased significantly: Asana had improvements of $30 \%$, Microsoft Teams saw increases of $35 \%$, and Cortana saw gains of $10 \%$. While $20 \%$ of employees experience stress connected to technological change, the bulk of employees ($80 \%$) adjust to the new tools well. Regarding job satisfaction, $70 \%$ of workers say AI has improved their experience at work, while $30 \%$ are worried about greater surveillance and possible dehumanization of the workplace. The study comes to the conclusion that, even though artificial intelligence (AI) has a lot to offer in terms of productivity and satisfaction, it is essential to give workers enough support to help them adjust to new technologies and get past the difficulties that come with them.
