Artificial intelligence (AI) has completely transformed the financial sector by improving personal services, risk management, fraud detection, and investment activities through real-time analytics. Indeed, AI automates monotonous and repetitive processes, allowing human capital to be directed towards highly strategic activities. In addition, it allows financial services to be personalized according to the specific needs of each increasingly demanding client. The optimal and active use of data by financial institutions is now proving crucial. These changes also bring significant risks to intellectual property management, which is thus emerging as a major source of value creation, particularly due to the predominance of intangible assets in digital transformation. From this perspective, intellectual property is presented as a strategic lever of competitiveness and profit, requiring adequate management.
