Technology, Talent, and Taxation: A Framework for Sustainable Financial Outcomes Through Audited Statements in Circular Business Models

Abstract

This work further elucidates the manner in which talent, technology, and tax converge to effectuate sustained financial success for companies in a circular economic mode. This study investigates 272 companies across manufacturing, service, and distribution sectors in reference to how emerging technologies, a skilled and competent labour force, and open-book accounting for financial reporting affect profit generation and long-term viability. The relationships among the core variables considered, namely, total assets, liabilities, social sustainability income, revenue, and financial income, were investigated using multivariate techniques including factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and ANOVA. The results obtained affirm the fact that the complementarity of advanced technologies in synergy with a competent and skilled workforce raises resource efficiency and profitability; alongside a fair taxation system and audited books of accounts, this significantly enhances the credibility of financial transparency and propels the process of sustainable development. The findings would serve as a guide for these companies to earn every single extra dollar in the circular economy paradigm.
