Supplementary Data: Structured Unsupervised Framework for Single-Cell Molecular Subtyping of Endometriosis

Abstract

Supplementary computational outputs for the manuscript "Structured Unsupervised Framework for Single-Cell Molecular Subtyping of Endometriosis". All analyses were performed on the publicly available GSE213216 single-cell RNA sequencing dataset (Gene Expression Omnibus). This deposit contains seven folders: (1) annotation_audit, containing the cluster annotation audit trail, revision logs, and NK cell barcode mappings; (2) differential_expression, containing between-subtype and within-subtype tissue differential expression results; (3) figures, containing all manuscript and supplementary figures in PDF and PNG format; (4) marker_genes, containing the highly variable gene list, cluster markers, and canonical marker detection records; (5) stability_analysis, containing clustering stability ARI values under neighbourhood and subsampling perturbation; (6) statistics, containing pipeline-stage summary statistics for all eight analysis stages from loading through subtype refinement; (7) tables, containing final formatted tables for tissue-class and subtype classification tasks.
