Stark effect and orbital hybridization of moiré interlayer excitons in the MoSe<sub>2</sub>/WSe<sub>2</sub> heterobilayer

Abstract

In this paper, we undertake a theoretical investigation into the effects of both in-plane and out-of-plane static electric fields on moiré interlayer excitons (IXs) within a WSe 2 /MoSe 2 heterobilayer.
