This paper aims to address the stabilization of a wind turbine tower model, specifically within the plane of the turbine blades. The model was initially introduced by X. Zhao et al. in [7] and consists of two essential components: a nonuniform NASA Spacecraft Control Laboratory Experiment (SCOLE) system and a two-mass drive-train model incorporating a gearbox. To achieve our objective, we propose two distinct nonlinear feedback mechanisms injected multiplicatively on the boundary. Our approach is constructive and based on energy estimates and the theory of semigroups.
