Within the time a vaccine leaves the manufacturer and the time it is given to a patient, it must be preserved under very specific storage conditions in accordance with WHO recommended standards. In last four years, improving robust cooling systems becomes a necessity especially during the wide speared of COVID-19 Pandemic. Vaccines are compounded of very temperature sensitive substances that require being stored at a given temperature and humidity thresholds. In this paper, we proposed a smart cooling system based on Internet of Things (IoT) architecture. The evoked system is able to stabilize vaccines warehouse temperature on a constant value predefined by the monitoring supervisors depending on the type of the vaccine. Moreover, the evoked system is able to trigger a preemptive warning notification to the monitoring service in case of cooling anomalies. The proposed system includes: (1) The new Arduino Uno Rev4 Wi-Fi, which ensures a remote handling and monitoring of a cooling system via its advanced wireless services (Wi-Fi & Bluetooth). The wireless services allow to send the recorded data to be saved in the cloud (2) The GSM module SIM800L is also incorporated to perform instantaneous photo calls in case of critical dysfunction of the cooling process. Finally, the devised system carries out humidity calibration.
