Silent Migration for Three Decades, Intravesical and Sigmoid Colon Perforation by a Forgotten <scp>IUCD</scp> : A Rare Case Report

Abstract

ABSTRACT IUCD migration can cause severe complications like bladder and sigmoid perforation, even decades post‐insertion. Regular follow‐up, timely imaging, and thorough patient education are critical for early detection and multidisciplinary management to prevent long‐term adverse outcomes and ensure patient safety in reproductive health care.
