Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.The article is about biliary complications after liver transplant.Posttransplant recipients should be subdivided into cadaveric and live donor liver transplants because the risk factors, type of anastomosis, and donor-recipient duct sizes mismatch are different.In live donors, the type and number of donor ducts and anastomoses should be mentioned very clearly, with clear operative details.It is not clear how the complications were diagnosed or the number of procedures performed for treatment, the type of procedures (whether endoscopic or percutaneous or combined), and success rate.
