Research Data Management (RDM) skills encompass a set of abilities needed for RDM services. This study sought to assess the RDM skills of health librarians in Nigeria that can enable the provision of RDM services in health libraries. Employing the descriptive survey method, data was collected using a questionnaire adapted from Federer (2018). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Among other findings, the results showed that, health librarians are inadequately skilled in RDM. Although they have adequate library and personal skills, these are not enough for rendering RDM services in health libraries in Nigeria.
