Abstract

This repository contains the reproducibility materials associated with the manuscript “A Reliability-Aware and Uncertainty-Preserving Quality Framework for Smart-City IoT Open Data Publication”. It includes the final implementation, controlled Newcastle row and temporal benchmarks, calibration data, OpenAQ external-validation materials, experiment scripts, and reported result tables. The package is designed to support transparent reproduction of the study’s quality assessment framework and evaluation results.
