Replication package for the manuscript “Repeated-Rescue Reference Control in Memetic Lot-Sizing: Causal Mechanism Tests, Prospective Replication, and Structural Transfer.” This archive contains the computational materials supporting the study of reference-state control in repeated solver-embedded rescue within a memetic matheuristic for capacitated lot-sizing. The central experiment compares reuse of a historical first-rescue reference (SAME2) with state-refreshed anchoring (MA2) from a treatment-independent shared prefix under a common budget of 2,000 distinct decoded setup patterns. The package includes frozen source code and experimental configurations, deterministic instance and seed manifests, development mechanism experiments, the independent GATE holdout, the prospectively frozen anchor-refresh confirmation, the external structural-transfer experiment on linked-lot pharmaceutical packaging models, raw result archives where available, integrity and replay audits, analysis scripts, figures, and reproducibility documentation. The prospective internal confirmation comprised 96 anchor-naive instances with two fresh seeds per instance and confirmed the MA2-over-SAME2 refresh effect. The separately frozen external study evaluated three compatible real-world pharmaceutical packaging models with 30 fresh seeds per model, yielding two positive model-level effects and one exact-neutral boundary case. The preregistered external classification was LIMITED_OR_MIXED_TRANSFER_SUPPORT. Third-party benchmark data are not redistributed where licensing or provenance is better preserved through the original sources. The external pharmaceutical packaging dataset is available from Mendeley Data, Version 5, DOI: 10.17632/wt4s58xwj3.5. Exact identifiers, hashes, compatibility records, and provenance information required to reconstruct the experiments are included in this archive. The archive contains README.md, REPRODUCE_PAPER.md, CITATION.cff, MANIFEST.csv, SHA256SUMS.txt, and an artifact verification script. The authors retain responsibility for the scientific interpretation and reported results.
