Replication Data for: Tungiasis among children in Kenya is associated with poor nutrition status, absenteeism, poor school performance and high impact on quality of life

Abstract

<p>This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "<i><strong>Tungiasis among children in Kenya is associated with poor nutrition status, absenteeism, poor school performance and high impact on quality of life</strong></i>."</p> <p>IMPACT DATASET of 53 variables for 659 primary school pupils collected when interviewing them to assess the impact of tungiasis and data extracted from school attendance and exam records as part of a national survey to determine the national prevalence of the disease. The variables include whether a pupil was infected or not, the severity of disease, their anthropometric measures, how much the fleas affect their quality of life, their school absenteeism and exam scores.</p>
