book chapter
In Morocco, people with disabilities face a very high unemployment rate despite public policies. Associations fill the gap left by the lack of specialized structures by playing a key role in professional inclusion: they facilitate recruitment, raise awareness among companies, support persons with disabilities throughout their careers, and provide post-hiring follow-up. As strategic partners, they help foster an inclusive culture and highlight diversity as a driver of both social and economic performance.
