Redesigning The Egyptian Postage Stamp as a Promotional Medium to boost Tourism "

Abstract

This research focuses on the redesign of an Egyptian postage stamp aimed at promoting tourism, from the perspective of graphic design. It emphasizes the use of graphic design principles to highlight Egypt’s cultural and heritage identity. The study includes an analysis of previous stamp designs and their effectiveness in supporting tourism promotion, and it proposes innovative design approaches that integrate traditional visual elements with contemporary techniques. The objective is to enhance the appeal of tourist destinations and to deliver a visual cultural message that reflects the diversity and authenticity of Egyptian heritage. The research recommends utilizing postage stamps as an effective promotional tool both nationally and internationally.
