Abstract

This repository contains the questionnaires, participant information sheets, and consent forms associated with the protocol “Evaluating the role of trees in croplands in mitigating the health effects of extreme heat exposure among agricultural workers in Tanzania: a protocol for a quasi-experimental study”. The baseline questionnaire incorporates items adapted from previously published instruments, including the HOTHAPS questionnaire (Kjellstrom et al., 2009) and the Hogg Eco-Anxiety Scale (Hogg et al., 2021).
