This pilot randomized intervention study evaluated the impact of a fermented dairy beverage (Kunun Zaki) on the prevalence of antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs) in stool samples from healthy adults. Longitudinal changes in ARG presence/absence were assessed to explore potential modulation of the gut resistome.
