Photocatalytic and Palladium‐Catalyzed Synthesis of Thioglycoside‐1,2,4‐Triazole Derivatives

Abstract

This study presents an efficient approach for the di‐functionalization of 1,2,4‐triazoles with thiosugars, combining photochemical processes and metal‐catalyzed coupling reactions under mild conditions. Exploiting the dual reactivity of the selected 1,2,4‐triazoles, this strategy enables selective and versatile transformations, affording a new family of 1,2,4‐triazole derivatives conjugated with thiosugars with potential for further exploration in biologically relevant studies.
