Prediabetic adults in Kenya exhibit a high clustering of cardiometabolic abnormalities, highlighting elevated risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and premature mortality. Comprehensive interventions should target glucose, weight, blood pressure, lipids, and lifestyle factors.
