Analyzing the dynamics of structures is a very complex task that requires a comprehensive understanding of various factors, including material properties, structural geometry, and dynamic loading conditions. The challenge lies in in investigating the behavior of multi-degree of freedom (MDOF) structures under various types of loading like harmonic loads, earthquake loads, etc [1]. The main objective of this paper is to estimate the effect of various dynamical properties and evaluate the behavior of MDOF buildings by varying multiple parameters. Our analysis is focused on an example of an earthquake that affected the Rif region, specifically the surroundings of Rif [6]. We study the effect of this event on the performance of buildings using the numerical approach of Newmark beta.
