Nonlinear gray phonon-BTE solver for thermal rectification in asymmetric nanoporous silicon

Abstract

Initial release of the reproduction pipeline accompanying the manuscript "Pore-Wall Specularity Suppresses Thermal Rectification in Asymmetric Nanoporous Silicon: A Nonlinear Gray Phonon-BTE Study" submitted to the International Journal of Thermal Sciences. Running python reproduce_paper.py --quick reproduces the headline rectification suppression result and the validation tables (Tables 4 and 5) in approximately one hour on a single CPU core.
