Multi-Objective Multi-Integer Maintenance Planning Optimization Model of Industrial Conveyor Belt

Abstract

The maintenance planning model of a conveyor belt is a decision, activity model. The model uses values and priority levels of hybridized maintenance planning in decision making. The conveyor belt planning model considers the conveyor belt characteristics to develop a model to optimize conveyor belt maintenance in a production industry. The improved conveyor belt maintenance enhances the integrity of the system to maximize conveyor belt availability. The integrity of the system maximised reduces downtimes, accident causes, and avoid conveyor belt problems, typical failures, setup cost associated with the conveyor belt unavailability to provide a global solution to the sustainable development goals, reliability, availability, and maintainability of the industrial conveyor belt economic life. The study provides a global solution to the sustainable development goals, reliability, availability, and maintainability of the industrial conveyor belt economic life.
