This study presents a generalized photoacoustic model for hydro-semiconductor media incorporating the multi-temperatures theory, aimed at advancing the understanding of coupled optical, thermal, and elastic wave interactions. This approach marks a significant departure from traditional single-temperature frameworks, capturing the inherent complexity of hydro-semiconductor materials subjected to high-intensity photoacoustic phenomena. The governing equations are derived by coupling photo-thermoelastic and hydrothermal effects within the multi-temperature paradigm, incorporating boundary conditions relevant to semiconductors. The normal mode analysis technique obtains analytical solutions for main physical fields. Comparative simulations are performed for conventional and multi-temperatures models to evaluate their accuracy and predictive power. Graphical representations illustrate the superior precision of the multi-temperatures theory over classical approaches, especially under conditions of rapid thermal changes. The results highlight the advantages of the multi-temperatures framework in enhancing wave propagation analysis.
