This repository contains MATLAB codes used to simulate the transmission dynamics of a malaria–typhoid co-infection model. The model incorporates vector and non-vector transmission pathways, environmental bacteria dynamics, co-infection interactions, treatment processes, and recovery mechanisms. The system is formulated as a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations and solved numerically using MATLAB. All numerical simulations, sensitivity analyses, phase portraits, and parameter estimation results presented in the associated manuscript were generated using these codes. The implementation ensures full reproducibility of the results reported in the study.
