Coverage of nger substance loss presents a signicant challenge due to the specic topography of the loss, the patient's condition, and the functional prognosis of the hand. Despite the range of available surgical techniques, including local aps, the abdominal ap-graft remains a reliable therapeutic option. It effectively combines the benets of both grafts and aps while minimizing their disadvantages. This work demonstrates the value of the abdominal ap-graft through a clinical case involving substance loss of the 3rd left nger.
