This study investigated the effect of green servant leadership (GSerL) on employees' green innovative work behaviors (GIWBs) within the Egyptian hospitality and tourism sector, a domain where such research remains limited. The study develops and tests a conceptual model exploring this relationship, focusing on the mediating role of environmental passion (EnvP). Data were collected via an online survey of 399 employees from five-star hotels and travel companies category (A) in the Greater Cairo region. To evaluate the proposed relationships, a partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was adopted, utilizing the WarpPLS software (version 8) for analysis. The findings point out a positive and significant influence of GSerL on both employees' GIWBs and their EnvP. Furthermore, the study confirms that EnvP mediates the relationship between GSerL and GIWBs. These findings offer practical guidance for the Egyptian hospitality and tourism industry, highlighting the importance of GSerL in fostering both EnvP and GIWBs among employees.
