The search for an optimal path from point A to point B in a GIS database can be carried out using various means and techniques. Here we propose an improvement to the architecture of the expert system to optimise this search. We are interested in the architecture and ordinary operation of an expert system in order to make improvements that will enable it to search for data more quickly by integrating the Breadth-first search algorithm and then optimally by using convolutional neural networks or CNNs to process images by extracting relevant information. It is capable of responding to a user’s needs instantly and in real time.
