Abstract

This comprehensive study delves into the motivations behind the adoption and the functionalities of Human Resource Management (HRM) systems in Polish enterprises. It explores the key drivers for implementing these systems, primarily focusing on enhancing recruitment processes, effective team management, and maximizing employee skill and qualification utilization. The research uncovers that the most frequently employed features of these HRM systems include employee development, performance evaluation, and team composition management. Additionally, it highlights the challenges encountered during the implementation phase, such as the scarcity of skilled personnel and concerns regarding data security. The study concludes by emphasizing the proactive engagement of Polish enterprises in integrating modern HRM technologies. However, it also points out the necessity for ongoing advancement and improvement of these systems to fully harness their potential in the evolving business landscape.
