The MNH eCohort is a complex and long survey. Careful and thoughtful implementation demonstrates that it is a useful tool to gather data on health system quality and continuity and on changes in user experience over the continuum of care. Findings from the eCohort related to care and system competence and user experience will be valuable to program managers and policymakers alike.
