book chapter
This study examines the impact of social media strategies on customer loyalty and financial performance in the Moroccan market. Specifically, it analyzes the role of customer engagement, personalization, brand responsiveness, and participation in brand communities in strengthening customer-brand relationships. Using a survey of social media users, the data were analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that all four strategies significantly enhance customer loyalty, with engagement and community participation demonstrating the strongest effects. Personalization and responsiveness also positively influence loyalty by improving the quality of interactions between brands and consumers. Furthermore, customer loyalty mediates the relationship between social media strategies and financial performance, indicating that effective social media practices can generate tangible business outcomes.
