Abstract

[Br(CH 2 ) 3 N(CH 3 ) 3 ] 2 ZnBr 4 with P 2/ c symmetry has been synthesized and exhibits an irreversible phase transition and optoelectronic properties where the gap energy is equal to 3.5 eV.
