GC-MS, Antibacterial and In silico Studies of Sudanese Acacia polyacantha Stem Bark Alcoholic Extract

Abstract

This study provides the first GC-MS analysis of <i>Acacia polyacantha</i> stem bark, identifying potential antibacterial compounds. Molecular docking and ADMET predictions suggest several promising compounds for further investigation as antibacterial agents.
