Ensuring an accessible digital environment for all, especially for persons with disabilities, requires a strong commitment and willingness among all involved parties. However, many factors could influence the willingness to integrate and implement web accessibility. This systematic literature review focused on previous studies discussing factors or theoretical models related to web accessibility integration. To this end, the PRISMA protocol was followed. Thirty-seven final papers were included among a total of Ninety-one papers. The analysis of the content identified fourteen factors and nine theoretical models, including three models based on web accessibility integration. The results support the conclusion that a strong emphasis was placed on training, legal obligations, organizational commitment, and technical guidelines.
