Exploratory Study of the Importance of Emotional Intelligence in Relation to Organizational Performance: The Case of Managers

Abstract

This exploratory study investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational performance among Moroccan managers. Based on qualitative interviews, the findings highlight the growing importance of emotions and human factors in managerial performance.
