By utilizing various technologies designed to gather, track, and evaluate data, we can maximize energy efficiency and regulate energy use. As a result, a number of solutions were incorporated into the Ibn Tofail University library. We covered the use of photovoltaic generation to power air conditioning in this article. At the smart building level, we were able to gather data on the PV system's energy production and temperature owing to the SCADA monitoring system. Additionally, we were able to collect the frequency of library users by using the SCADA system. These important characteristics were converted into curves that show when the air conditioning systems, which are double fed at their starting mode, should be turned on. We were able to reduce the air conditioning system's demand by 14% because this schedule works with our excess photovoltaic production. Two techniques were applied to deal with these findings.
