Efficacy and safety of therapeutic vaccines for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials update

Abstract

In patients with CHB, TVs had significant effects on HBeAg SC compared to the SOC or placebo. There was no significant difference between serious adverse events. TVs are promising treatment strategy to overcome CHB.
