Water Electrolysis Cells Kenji Miyatake and coworkers develop partially fluorinated aromatic polymers containing pendent ammonium head groups and styrene-based cross-linking structure for anion conductive ionomers. The resulting membranes exhibit high hydroxide ion conductivity, alkaline stability, and mechanical strength, suitable for electrolyte membranes in alkaline water electrolyzers.
