Editorial on the Second ITFP-GH International Conference 2025: A Landmark in Sustainable Textiles and Fashion Innovation

Abstract

This special issue of the Fashion and Textiles Review is based on the 2nd Institute of Textiles and Fashion Professionals–Ghana (ITFP‑GH) International Conference, held in September 2025 at Takoradi Technical University. The conference, under the theme of sustainable innovation, brought together international scholars, industry stakeholders, educators, and policymakers. Contributions addressed sustainability, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and design innovation across textiles and fashion. Selected peer‑reviewed papers from over eighty submissions are presented, reflecting diverse global and local perspectives shaping a sustainable fashion future.
