Dashboards are key tools to understand complex data, transforming complicated information into clear and useful insights. Their effectiveness depends not only on a well-designed layout, but also on the clarity and the relevance of the information they convey. When artificial intelligence (AI) is integrated into dashboards, they become even more powerful, offering real-time data updates and providing smart recommendations. These improvements help users quickly interpret data and make better and more timely decisions. This study investigates the impact of AI on the monitoring dashboards within the Payments Services Department of a leading French financial institution. The application of machine learning algorithms has enabled the identification of data patterns, allowing the adaptation of visual elements to individual user preferences. The results show that AI-powered dashboards not only improve the interpretability of information but also contribute to a reduction in cognitive load for users, associated with greater efficiency throughout the decision-making process, as users can quickly interpret the most pertinent data points and focus their attention on taking appropriate actions.
