Healthcare is among several day-life fields significantly impacted by the fourth industrial transformation. Medical 4.0 is consequently the fourth healthcare revolution that introduces significant advancements by employing and exploring new emerging technologies. The challenge persists in putting together mobile computing and cloud computing along with remote managing features to implement highly accessible networked systems. Also, building reliable in-site units to gather patient data and control medical instruments is among various progressive steps to consider in implementing Medical 4.0 systems. This paper presents our concept to design and implement an embedded node for online and real-time monitoring during ventilation. The main idea is to ensure the proper functioning of the portable breathing device with remote managing features. We aim to provide the supervision of various components of the respiratory system and the tunning of the ventilator according to the evolution of the patient's conditions.
