Design and Implementation of a Water Level Indicator and Alarm System

Abstract

The aim of this study is to optimize water usage and address global water conservation challenges, particularly focusing on preventing overflow in water storage systems. This study develops a local water level indicator and alarm system utilizing a resistor and transistor to monitor water levels. The resistor measures the water level and transmits this data to the transistor, which drives an LCD to display the current level. An LED will signal the status of the water level, while a switch will automatically control the water supply based on the sensor readings. By implementing these water control components, the system aims to reduce water waste, conserve energy, and protect natural resources.
