Dataset for the project "Identification of genes associated with recurrent pregnancy loss among Kazakhstani population"

Abstract

This dataset includes Whole-Exome Sequencing (WES) annotated results per sample, WES filtered results, sequencing statistics, patient clinical data and SNP genotyping of Kazakhstani cohort with Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) and Multiparous Controls. This dataset was used for the case-control study written by Abay Tursunov, Gulzhanat Aimagambetova, Wassim Y. Almawi, and Kuralay Atageldiyeva. The project, "Identification of genes associated with recurrent pregnancy loss among Kazakhstani population", was funded by a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
