Dataset for: Retrospective and Bibliometric Assessment of SARS-CoV-2 Viral Culture (2020–2025) : Navigating Five Years of Technological Shifts and Viral Immune Evasion.

Abstract

This dataset supports the article entitled:"Retrospective and Bibliometric Assessment of SARS-CoV-2 Viral Culture (2020–2025): Navigating Five Years of Technological Shifts and Viral Immune Evasion". It includes raw bibliographic data collected from Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed, as well as processed data generated using the Bibliometrix R package. The processed dataset (Biblioshiny report) contains all numerical values used to generate the figures, tables, and analyses presented in the manuscript, ensuring full reproducibility of the results. In addition, the repository includes network and configuration files generated using VOSviewer, enabling reconstruction of the keyword co-occurrence map presented in the study. An image of this visualization is also provided for reference. The repository further contains supplementary materials, detailed search strategies for each database, and a README file describing the structure, content, and reuse of the dataset, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of the data collection and analysis process.
