Data set Performance and Emissions of Moringa Oleifera Biodiesel-Diesel Blends in a CI Engine

Abstract

Moringa oleifera oil was extracted from the seeds and converted into biodiesel through transesterification. The biodiesel was blended with diesel fuel and different concentrations of diethyl ether (DEE) were added. The fuel blends were characterized by their physicochemical properties and tested in a compression ignition (CI) engine to evaluate combustion, performance, and emission characteristics.
