Analytical cross-sectional study was conducted between March and June 2024 among actively practicing Tunisian obstetrics and gynecology residents. Data were collected using an anonymous online questionnaire based on World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations and guidelines from the French National Authority for Health and the National Cancer Institute. The questionnaire explored three domains: knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccination. In the context preceding the introduction of the national HPV vaccination program (implemented in February 2025), this study assessed the knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding cervical cancer screening among Tunisian obstetrics and gynecology residents, aiming to identify factors influencing their screening performance.
