Reproducibility deposit for the study "Between-farm delousing spillovers in Norwegian salmon aquaculture: a causal machine-learning analysis of the national surveillance network". The archive contains the analysis code (authoritative modules and tests), the analysis-ready farm-week panel, all result files, the submission figures (600 dpi), the frozen pre-registered analysis plan and its content hash, the deviation log, a pinned software environment, and SHA256 checksums for every file. The deposited code regenerates the deposited results from the panel to machine precision; see REPRODUCE.md for exact commands and VERIFICATION.md for the consistency checks. Inputs derive from public Norwegian sources: weekly locality sea-lice counts and treatments from the BarentsWatch Fish Health service, farm attributes from the Directorate of Fisheries aquaculture register, and a frozen monthly ocean-current climatology derived from the NorKyst800 model (Norwegian Meteorological Institute). Data are redistributed under the Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data (NLOD 2.0) with attribution (DATA_LICENSE.txt); the code is released under the MIT License (LICENSE).
